Professional Tax in Manipur
A state levy that employers deduct from salaries and pay to the state, at the slabs of the state where the employee works.

Under the 2020 amendment, salaried persons pay nothing up to ₹1 lakh a year, ₹1,800 a year up to ₹2 lakh and ₹2,500 above that.Needs client review We have not found the notification that brought these rates into force.
