Payroll compliance means meeting the laws on employee pay and statutory obligations: Provident Fund and ESI contributions, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and related filings, under central and state labour laws.
PF compliance covers the statutory obligations now under the Labour Codes, which have subsumed the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952: correct deductions, employer contributions and timely filings for eligible employees.
ESI compliance covers monthly contribution calculations and remittances under the new wage definition, employee registration and data updates, statutory returns and records, and support during ESIC inspections.
Establishment compliance means meeting the labour law requirements that apply to a shop or commercial establishment: the applicable laws, statutory registers, returns and working conditions under national and state laws.
