Who we are

One line of work, done since 2007

NK One HR Solutions began in Bengaluru in 2007. Our head office is in Rajajinagar 1st Block, near the Rajajinagar metro station, and we serve employers across India.

The work is statutory compliance. On the labour side: PF and ESI, Professional Tax, Shops and Establishments, factory and contract labour registrations, registers, returns and audits. On the tax side: GST, TDS, income tax returns, ROC filings and statutory audits.

Our founder, Nagaraju B, has 25 years of experience in compliance. Today 3,500+ employees are under our compliance management, and we have covered 250+ establishments and factories so far.
